After growing up in Delaware my family and I settled into this area in New London in 1978. Since then I have gotten to know the community through various means. •My wife Caral and I owned and operated Birch’s Checkered Flag Sandwich Shop in Avondale and Kennett Square for eleven successful years. •I met many of you through coaching little league baseball for twenty three years. •Our four children attended schools in the area and now their children do. I have frequently attended school functions and made new friends. •I am an active member of New London Presbyterian Church. I have been a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania since 2004. I am dedicated to your service in residential real estate sales and rentals. I own rental property in Parkesburg. My career before real estate included fifteen years in finance and six years consulting with major law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
