Hydroximic acid derivatives, useful as pesticides, have the formula ##STR1## in which G is G. sub. 3 or G. sub. 4 having the formula: ##STR2## in which R. sub. 5 is lower alkyl; R. sub. 6 and R. sub. 7 are, independently, hydrogen or lower alkyl; W is O, S, SO or SO. sub. 2 ; X. sub. 1, X. sub. 2 and X. sub. 3 are, independently, hydrogen or a variety of substituents; and R. sub. 1, R. sub. 2 and R. sub. 3 are, independently, hydrogen or a variety of substituents.
