Abstract:

A preassembled suspended ceiling grid module comprising a plurality of parallel main tees and a plurality of cross tees, the main and cross tees each having horizontal flanges extended to both sides of a central plane, the cross tees being joined at their ends to the main tees with end connections that enable the module to be folded in a plane corresponding to an eventual ceiling plane in a zigzag pattern, such that the cross tees lie in directions generally parallel to the main tees with the cross tees connected on a side of a particular main tee being folded in a common direction relative to their end connection, and where connected to an adjacent main tee being folded in an opposite direction relative to their end connections with said adjacent tee.

Embodiments of the invention provide a home management system and method with a 360-degree virtual surface rendering application. Embodiments of the invention generate a listing of home improvement projects from the inspection report to be viewed through a user interface. Homeowners may manage, prioritize, rank, and educate themselves on each listed home improvement project. Embodiments of the invention may contain a 360-degree virtual surface rendering application allowing a homeowner to select different surface types for a room, and then view them on a re-rendered image of the room before purchasing the new surfaces.

Abstract:

An electronic timepiece () includes an electronic watch dial display () having a chapter ring () with a plurality of circumferentially-disposed hour positions including a zero hour position (). The electronic timepiece further includes an event management component () that stores event information () identifying a start time of a scheduled event () and a dial display controller () coupled to the electronic watch dial display and the event management component. The dial display controller controls the electronic watch dial display to activate display of a countdown timer feature () in response to a current time being within a threshold duration () of the start time. The countdown timer feature extends counter-clockwise on the watch dial display from a point aligned with the zero hour position and has a length based on a number of minutes remaining until the start time.
