Abstract:

A novel tubular rubber-like non-corrosive sheath, which may be wound on a reel of a mobile sewer cleaning and inspection machine for entry into a sewer line, which encapsulates or joins together a length of jet hose and a length of television cable for a television camera. The invention also includes a novel skid mounting a television camera at the end of a sheath, which carries a television camera, and which in arranged in a position to permit fluid exiting the jet hose to propel the skid in a sewer line.

Abstract:

A method of developing, inventorying and distributing content with particular applicability to the advertising industry with regard to how agencies may be compensated by advertisers for the development of this content. The method may include the steps of developing a plurality of concepts conceived by at least one creative team working for an agency and inventorying the plurality of concepts in a first computer system. Each one of the plurality of concepts may be saved as a computer file during the inventorying step. The method may further include testing the plurality of concepts to determine at least one winning concept conceived by a winning creative team and a plurality of unselected concepts, distributing the winning concept to an advertiser via electronic transmission to a second computer system, wherein the advertiser is permitted to use the winning concept for a period of time in return for consideration, and sharing rights in at least one unselected concept with the advertiser and the winning creative team. Also included may be a step of allocating a portion of the consideration to the winning creative team.

Abstract:

A mobile rotator jet sewer cleaner vehicle for cleaning a sewer line by fluid pressure, the vehicle having a fluid supply for delivering the fluid under pressure to a hose wound on a reel assembly which can be selectively wound or unwound in a vertical direction, wherein a bearing assembly movable in a horizontal direction is secured on a platform and a reel assembly is mounted on and movable with the bearing assembly. A control for selectively actuating winding and unwinding the hose on the reel assembly is provided, and this control, which may also include other instruments and controls for operating the sewer cleaner, is movable with the bearing and reel assembly. In another embodiment of the invention, the platform telescopes into and away from a recess in the vehicle chassis, so that the reel and bearing assemblies are extended from the vehicle when in use, but may be retracted into the recess when desired, and in such event the retracted jet sewer cleaner may be enclosed within the vehicle.
