The report includes hundreds of large, full color photos corresponding to recommendations in an easy to understand and read format. We perform residential and commercial general building inspections, water testing through A & L Lab in Auburn, Maine and Radon air/water testing.As a proud 6 year member of Nachi we have a specific SOP that helps ensure a consistent product. We are active, properly certified and registered with the State of Maine to perform radon air and water testing.Our company ID is #ME28600C with both Melissa, Jean-Paul and I as registered providers.We do not charge a travel charge and our water testing fees are direct lab and shipping costs.Our team of three prefer to arrive 20 minutes prior to an inspection to get our tools ready and to begin on the outside of a property.This decreases the time that you need to be onsite but allows us to intelligently answer questions they you have about our findings.A normal or standard inspection with our team will take 1.75 to 2.0 hours depending on minor variables such as age of the home, hatch location and access and client/owner questions when applicable.I hope this is a good starting point, please let me know if you would like me to elaborate further or if you have any questions.
