The present invention is an improved method for installing a liner to repair a pipeline. The method involves placing a flexible lining hose that is coated with a thermosetting resin in the pipeline. A thermosetting resin is also applied to the interior walls of the pipeline. A calibration hose is introduced into the lining hose and pressurized fluid is injected therein. The fluid presses the lining hose against the interior surface of the pipeline and cures the first and second thermosetting resins. The curing of the resins bonds the lining hose to the pipeline to form a rigid monolithic composite structure having high mechanical strength.
A method for repairing in-ground tunnel structure involves applying a first curable resin over a cementitious liner which lines the interior wall surfaces of the tunnel, drilling drainage holes in the cementitious liner, and filling the drainage holes with a second curable resin. The resins are allowed to cure and harden. The cured resins seal the wall surfaces and drainage holes to provide a composite tunnel structure having high mechanical strength and resistance to fluid leaks.
The present invention is an improved method for installing a liner to repair a pipeline. The method involves placing a flexible lining hose that is coated with a thermosetting resin into the pipeline. A quick setting resin is also applied to the interior walls of the pipeline wherein the resin has a high contrast pigment agent therein in order to facilitate identification of and reopening of the various service laterals.

Abstract:
The automatic generation and storage of bundled error messages indicative of fault conditions of one or more managed networks is disclosed. The error messages may provide more complete information relating to the managed networks such as information indicative of a detected fault condition as well as information describing the network on which the condition occurred. Fewer duplicative error messages are generated and the number of “false-positive” messages is reduced while still preserving and providing important fault condition information to operators.
Two-Part Compound Spray-Application System And Method
A spray application system and method for a two-part, self-setting compound, comprising a source of the first part of the compound, a source of the second part of the compound, a spray device for applying the compound, a mixing assembly for intermingling the two parts of the compound, a heated hose downstream of the mixing device for delivering the compound to the spray device, a first pump or set of pumps for delivering the first part of the compound to the mixing device, and a second pump or set of pumps for delivering the second part of the compound to the mixing device.
A method for installing a liner in a large diameter pipeline. In accordance with the method, the interior surface of the pipeline to be repaired is prepared by removing excess debris and dirt. A repair composite is brought into the tunnel or pipeline in a dry state. Once the dry repair composite is laid out in the structure to be repaired the repair composite is folded out and saturated and wetted out with high pressure spray guns. The spray guns are employed within the structure and an appropriate resin material is applied as required to wet out the fiber material. A calibration bladder is inflated and holds the repair composite in place against the pipeline walls until the epoxy resin is fully cured. Once the process is complete, the bladder tube is retrieved out of the system leaving the repair composite as a stand-alone system.
