Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX. As the leader in the real estate industry, RE/MAX offers the most competitive advantages for home buyers and sellers. With a massive global reach and stellar reputation, RE/MAX is able to help millions of people every day, across the world. The housing market in our Phoenix area offers home buyers and sellers an opportunity to make a smart investment in real estate. And though most areas have seen positive improvement in property values, there are still cases where homeowners may be facing a distressed financial situation. Through her experience handling distressed properties at RE/MAX Professionals, Danielle has found that homeowners today have more questions than answers about their circumstances. She has created a website to help you understand the possible solutions to foreclosure, as well as provide a detailed explanation of short sales, which may be the best course of action for some homeowners. Please visit her at http://www.danielleshortsale.c... to receive a complimentary short sale report. Danielle is a long-time Glendale resident, who is actively involved in her community. She has served as community advocate for Thunderbird Palms for years and hosts a community website for homeowners to learn and exchange important information about the community, upcoming events and other news. She has also organized several GAIN events (Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods) at the park with entertainment, food and fun. In 2009 she was the recipient of the City of Glendale, “Spark Award” for Traditional Neighborhood Leadership. Among her priorities as a real estate industry leader and community volunteer, Danielle’s family is at the top of her list. She has been married for seventeen and together they have two children. After her youngest, Andrew was born with special needs Danielle quickly enlisted the support of the non-profit organization, Raising Special Kids (RSK). Today, she is honored to be on the Board of Directors for Raising Special Kids and serves as a “parent to parent” mentor.
