With the Solar Car Team, I worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary students to create a completely solar powered vehicle. In addition to securing corporate donations to fund the car, I participated in community outreach with the team. We took the car out to local schools and civic events to spread awareness of engineering practices and green energy technology.
