Skills:
Being a NCO in the Marines and the Air Force has giving me the the ability to deal with and train personalities from all walks of life from the meek to the hardcore. I have had to make decisions both pleasant and unpleasant to my subordinates. I have not only had to deal with work related issues with subordinates but in many cases I have had to give guidance on personal issues also. I am flexible when needed to be but also stern. Whatever the case may be I almost always get the objective done.My knowledge of aircraft repair functions starts from May 2001 to the present. I have been involved in the repair functions on the C-141 and the C-5 aircrafts.I have been involved in the operation and maintenance of the landing gear, primary and secondary flight controls, electrical and hydraulic systems along with attending several aero repair schools for these aircrafts. I am knowledgeable in technical orders and can identify problems within the system and troubleshoot to determine the source of the problem. I organize with other technicians while attending meetings to properly plan the next course of action that is need for particular aircrafts.
