International Classification:

Abstract:
The present method and system for transmitting feature and authentication information for wireless communication services reduces the amount of data transmitted from a handset to a base station by transmitting service information when the wireless handset registers with the base station and authentication information when wireless service is requested by the wireless handset. After receiving the service and authentication information, the base station may store the service and authentication information in memory and retrieve the stored service and authentication information when the wireless handset again requests service from the base station. Alternatively, a mobile switching system may communicate the service and authentication information to the base station.

A method and apparatus for license distribution are disclosed. An endpoint requests information from a server related to information required for the server to grant a license. The server provides the required information to the endpoint. The endpoint obtains the required information, and forwards the information to the server. The server, upon receiving the information, determines if a license may be granted to the endpoint, and transmits a license authorization to the endpoint, which includes the number of licenses which are granted.

Dr. Chavez graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine in 2001. He works in Newport Beach, CA and specializes in Anesthesiology. Dr. Chavez is affiliated with Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian.
"If we find a location where he may have left, we'll look where his track started and we'll work off of ground disturbance and air scent," David Chavez, a dog-handling officer with the Forest Service, told KRQE-TV.
"I haven't seen any panic or anything like that," David Chavez, a 40-year-old computer worker, said by phone from Manzanillo, 430 miles (700 kilometers) east of Havana. "But what's certain is that there are some who are scared. And when somebody gets diarrhea, they immediately go to the hospital."
