Apparatus And Method For Creating A Drawing Of A Three-Dimensional Object Manually And /Or Electronically By Viewing The Object Through A Transparent Window Pane And Tracing The Object On The Transparent Window Pane
A tracing an object has front and rear shells that are pivoted to each other to form a case. The rear shell defines a platform for supporting an object and the front defines a clear window pane forming a tracing plane through which the object is visible. A leg connected between the shells supports the front shell at an open position. A support movably mounted to the front shell carries a view port to view the object through the window pane and to trace an image of the object on the tracing plane.

Abstract:
A medical instrument for positioning an internal organ during surgical and diagnostic procedures is provided. In one embodiment, the medical instrument includes a body having a tissue grasping element and an actuating member effective to move the tissue grasping element between an open position and a closed position. The body also includes a flexible member which has a portion secured to the body and at least one free end. In use, the tissue grasping element grasps or penetrates a portion of the tissue on or near the body organ. Tension can then be applied to the flexible member to reposition and secure the body organ.
The invention is a floatation game device with a pole, which pole has a first (upper) end, a second (lower) end, and an intermediate section(s). A ballast weight is attached to the lower end. A generally ovoid and round float is attached to the intermediate section. A rope connector is attached to the upper end. One end of a rope is attached to the upper end of the pole and a ball is attached to the other end of the rope. The pole of the floatation game device can be disassembled into smaller sections. The attachment means can be a swivel, a hole, or other attachment means.

Abstract:
The invention is a spill proof snack bowl or container with a box section which may have a beveled bottom. The box section may be square, rectangular, round, oval or spherical. The bowl has a continuous wall to create a depth and an open top and a removable lid. The removable lid has a secondary opening which opening is closed by a secondary opening piece. The secondary opening piece is attached to the removable lid with a regular or living hinge. The secondary opening piece closes the secondary opening with a flat spring. The distance between the front wall and the secondary opening piece edge, and the distance between side perpendicular width of the secondary opening piece and side walls are between about ⅛ and inch. Optionally the secondary opening has an elastomeric seal. The secondary opening piece has rounded edges, and the secondary opening has rounded ridges.
The invention is a carrier container to transport beverage bottles. The carrier has scores which create a portion about the bottles whereas as the bottle is removed the scored portion remains on the bottle which retained portion has holes to attach the beverage bottle to a person or device. That carrier has attachment hoop openings to receive the bottles and finger orifices to carry the multi pack. The attachment hoop openings may have extensions.
