Abstract:

A storage and retrieval system is provided for safely and efficiently storing reticles in a clean environment. An enclosed storage unit is provided for storing the reticles, and other items such as wafers and the like, in an environment which minimizes the amount of contaminants and is suitable for use in a semiconductor fabrication clean room. A retrieval unit is provided separate from the enclosed storage unit for accessing and staging the reticles before they enter and leave the storage unit for minimizing exposure of the storage unit. The storage unit includes a movable storage matrix having a plurality of bays for storing the reticles. The movable storage matrix is selectively moved or rotated by a drive mechanism that is located external to the storage unit so that the storage unit is substantially free of contaminant generating components.

A method for RF grounding glass mounted antennas to metal automotive frames comprising the steps of (1) providing an RF grounding path on said glass from the antenna mounting location to an edge of said glass located proximate to said metal frame, wherein said path is provided prior to installation of said glass into said metal automotive frame; (2) providing a first RF grounding contact from said antenna to said RF path; and (3) providing a second RF grounding contact of said RF path to said metal frame upon installation of said glass in said metal frame.

Abstract:

An apparatus includes a monopole extending substantially along an axis that may be vertical. However, the monopole may have a loop portion that deviates from the axis. Further, the apparatus includes multiple conductive elements, each having a substantially linear first segment that is coupled to the monopole. Abstract:

The invention is directed to a flexible antenna comprising a plurality of strands of a nickel-titanium alloy, mountable on a base assembly of an antenna system, for transmitting signals from and receiving signals to said antenna. A computer readable medium containing processor executable instructions configured to perform the steps of (i) monitoring a positional accuracy of location information calculated based on signals received from GNSS satellites, (ii) if the positional accuracy passes a quality check, using the location information to continuously perform a calibration of data received from one or more sensors and (iii) if the positional accuracy does not pass the quality check, cease the calibration of the data received from the sensors, wherein dead reckoning information is calculated from the data received from the sensors.
