Abstract:

A method (and a computer accessible medium comprising one or more instructions which, when executed, implement the method) is contemplated. At least a first timing path is identified in a first timing report corresponding to a first partition of a circuit. For at least one timing constraint applied to the first timing path, a second timing path in a second partition of the circuit that causes the timing constraint is determined. A second timing report comprising the first timing path from the first timing report and the second timing path from the second partition is generated.

Abstract:

In one embodiment, a computer readable medium comprises at least first instructions and second instructions. The first instructions, when executed, compute a first plurality of routes. Each route of the first plurality of routes corresponds to a respective net of a plurality of nets in an integrated circuit layout, and represents a theoretically optimal route of the respective net according to a graph theory based algorithm. The second instructions, when executed, compare each of the first plurality of routes to a corresponding route of a current plurality of routes, each of the current plurality of routes corresponding to the respective net of the plurality of nets and currently existing in the integrated circuit layout. A method is also contemplated.

Abstract:

A system for communicating to a motor vehicle operator the maximum safe speed at which the vehicle can be operated. The system includes receiver(s), sensor(s), processor(s) and dashboard display(s). The receiver(s) detects a legal speed limit. Sensor(s) detects environmental conditions surrounding the motor vehicle. The processor(s): receive data from the receiver(s) and sensor(s); calculates a maximum safe speed; and calculates a safe speed range based on the maximum safe speed and the legal speed limit. The dashboard display alerts the driver if the maximum safe speed is less than the legal speed limit, and displays the safe speed range if the maximum safe speed is less than the legal speed limit.

Abstract:

Disclosed is an inrush current control circuit for controlling current into a high-current circuit block. The inrush current control circuit comprises a number of distributed switches and a digital control circuit coupled to at least one of the distributed switches. The digital control circuit is configured to switch a first group of the distributed switches in response to an enable/disable signal. The digital control circuit is further configured to switch a second group of the distributed switches after a first programmable delay. According to one embodiment, a method comprises switching a first group of distributed switches by a digital control circuit of an inrush current control circuit in response to an enable/disable signal, and switching a second group of the distributed switches by the digital control circuit after a first programmable delay, thereby resulting in regulation of a flow of an inrush current.
