Both men pleaded guilty later in 2019 and received probation. Whit Linthicum was given supervised probation for five years and is prohibited from possessing any firearms. David Linthicum was given a probation before judgment sentence of two years.While probation prohibits the possession of firearms, because David Linthicum received a probation before judgment there is a possibility he was able to legally possess guns after serving his sentence.Police have released limited information about the weapons recovered after David Linthicums arrest though authorities recovered a rifle and handgun from the Baltimore County detectives stolen truck. Gahler said deputies were searching the wooded area in Fallston for any guns that might be there; LHeath said he didnt have many interactions with David Linthicum after their discussion about his security cameras.
