Abstract:

Techniques for supporting shared procurement services in an enterprise application. According to one set of embodiments, associations between procurement service providers and procurement clients are stored, where the associations represent outsourcing relationships between these entities in the operational structure of an enterprise. The associations are then used by the application to facilitate the management of procurement-related content and the processing of procurement transactions. In one embodiment, the associations enable procurement-related content to be created/managed centrally by a procurement service provider and then made accessible to procurement clients serviced by the procurement service provider. In another embodiment, a rules-driven mechanism is provided for routing procurement requisitions from procurement clients to associated procurement service providers for processing.

Abstract:

The present disclosure provides compositions and methods, as well as combinations, kits, and systems that include the compositions and methods, for amplification, detection, characterization, assessment, profiling and/or measurement of nucleic acids in samples, particularly biological samples. Compositions and methods provided herein include combinations of microbial species target-specific nucleic acid primers for selective amplification and/or combinations of primers for amplification of nucleic acids from a large group of taxonomically related microorganisms. In one aspect, amplified nucleic acids obtained using the compositions and methods can be used in various processes including nucleic acid sequencing and used to detect the presence of microbial species and assess microbial populations in a variety of samples. In accordance with the teachings and principles, new methods, systems and non-transitory machine-readable storage medium are provided to compress reference sequence databases used in mapping sequence reads for analysis and profiling of microbial populations.

Abstract:

A system is provided that manages aggregated information-driven approvals. The system creates an aggregation attribute that includes an aggregation function that automatically aggregates a plurality of data values into an aggregate data value for an attribute across a plurality of components of a document. The system defines an attribute identifier for the aggregation attribute, where the attribute identifier defines the attribute of the document whose data values are automatically aggregated by the aggregation function. The system further defines one or more filters for the aggregation attribute, wherein the one or more filters define the components of the document whose data values are automatically aggregated by the aggregation function.
