An improved carrying assembly is provided for using with, and controlled from, a helicopter to seize and lift immobilized vehicles from freeways and other limited access highways. The carrying assembly may be composed of an integrated and framework having four selectively adjustable vertical leg members, each horizontally positionable one to another, for seizing and supporting the vehicle at appropriate points on its chassis whereby the carrying assembly can engage vehicles of many different sizes and configurations. Control and actuation of each of the different segments of the framework is preferably achieved from within the helicopter, whereby the vehicle targeted from removal can be directly approached from overhead, and whereby the vehicle can be securely seized and lifted without assistance from personnel on the ground.
A device for use in hand pulling of rope wherein the rope includes a fixed enlarged section such as a knot. The device has an elongated, graspable, rod-like body which has a transverse slot located at the approximate longitudinal mid-point of the body. Abstract:
A system for electronically storing revisions or modifications to documents which are already electronically stored in unrevised or unmodified form. The system compares, at the pixel-by-pixel level, a modified document bit map with a stored document bit map and determines from the differences between the two bit maps, at the pixel-by-pixel level, which differences are significant and which are insignificant. A revised document bit map is then formed from the portions of the stored-document bit map exhibiting no significant bit map differences and the significant differences bit map. The result is a revised document bit map in which no unnecessary changes have been introduced into the initial stored-document bit map. The system also includes steps for defining, on a pixel-by-pixel basis, a significant region bit map from the significant difference bit map and for forming the revised document bit map using the significant region bit map.

Abstract:
System and method for managing migration of trusted execution environments (TEEs) based on migration policies utilizes a source migration agent in the source host computer and a destination migration agent in a destination host computer to migrate a source TEE in the source host computer to the destination host computer. A migration policy data of the source TEE is first transmitted to the destination migration agent from the source migration agent to determine whether the destination host computer satisfies migration policies specified in the migration policy data. In response to a determination that the destination host computer satisfies the migration policies specified in the migration policy data, a destination TEE is created in the destination host computer and memory pages of the source TEE are transmitted to the destination TEE. The memory pages are then restored at the destination TEE for execution.
