About:

My objective is “Provide every real estate client with superior service in all areas of their real estate pursuits.” I am a U.S. Army retiree and a retiree of AT&T (the largest telecommunications company in America). My assignments in the U.S. Army have included First Sergeant, military academy instructor, and other assignments in both the U.S. and Europe. With AT&T, every position entailed focusing on a customer’s requirements and providing the appropriate solutions. A real estate agent is primarily a solutions provider. The client has a problem (a real estate need) and engages the agent as the provider of the solution to his/her problem. My background has given me the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions which meet or surpass my client’s expectations.
