Abstract:
Techniques for efficiently setting up inspection, metrology, and review systems for operating upon semiconductor wafers are described. Specifically, this involves setting up recipes that allows each system to accurately inspect semiconductor wafers. The invention gathers pertinent information from these tools and presents the information to users in a way that greatly reduces the time required to complete a recipe. One system embodiment includes an inspection system and a review station that is communicatively linked such that the review station can read from and write to an entire set of data stored at the inspection system. The set of data includes image files of features detected by the inspection system.

Abstract:
Hybrid methods for classifying defects in semiconductor manufacturing are provided. The methods include applying a flexible sequence of rules for defects to inspection data. The sequence of rules includes deterministic rules, statistical rules, hybrid rules, or some combination thereof. The rules included in the sequence may be selected by a user using a graphical interface. The method also includes classifying the defects based on results of applying the sequence of rules to the inspection data.

A document object may be transmitted to a plurality of user devices. The document object may include at least one field for display of a content object of a group of content objects. The field may be associated with an identifier corresponding to the group of content objects. When the document object is accessed, then the access may trigger a request to a server, which may select a content object of the group of content objects using a content object identification function. The content object identification function may be dynamically updated based at least in part on the document object being accessed by one or more of the plurality of user devices. Responsive to the request, a unique content object identifier corresponding to the selected content object may be transmitted to the user device and displayed at the accessed document object.

A cutlery device includes a blade with an attached handle. Two longitudinal edges of the rectangular blade include a sharpened edge and a non-sharpened spine on the opposite side. The blade has a rectangular fence extending substantially perpendicularly from one or both (opposite) sides of the spine, and extending to the distal end. In one form the fence curves around onto the distal end of the blade. A hole or aperture may be provided in the blade to allow transfer of prepared foods. The fence may be integral with the blade and spine, may be permanently secured to the blade, or may exist as a separate part that may be attached to and removed from the blade.
