Abstract:

A system for a customer to order service of an item and to track the service using the Internet is disclosed. The customer accesses a website hosted by the servicing company to open an account by submitting account data, which is stored. The system then automatically generates an account confirmation e-mail message to the customer using at least a portion of the account data. Thereafter, the customer and submits a service order by submitting order data, which is stored. The system automatically generates an order confirmation e-mail using at least a portion of the order data. The item to be serviced is then sent to the servicing company, which performs the service. Thereafter, the servicing company submits update data relating to the serviced item, which is stored. The system then automatically generates an update confirmation e-mail using at least a portion of the update data.

Abstract:

The invention is a communications and tone control system for use between safe and hazardous areas. The invention's field terminals operate in hazardous areas and are limited to low, intrinsically safe power levels by the use of zener barriers and current limiting resistors. The limited D. C. electrical power supplied to the field terminal's amplifier is modulated by field initiated communication and control signals. The resulting duplex transmission allows a strong information carrying signal and amplifier power to pass through a single twisted pair at intrinsically safe power levels. All field stations are connected in parallel to a central control system in a safe area allowing the communication system to operate redundantly. The field stations can be selectably connected to a plurality of output devices by tone controlled switching circuits.

Abstract:

A polyethylene comprising of ethylene derived units and 0.5 wt % to 10 wt % Cto Cα-olefin derived units may be synthesized using a mixed catalyst that comprises rac-dimethylsilylbis(tetrahydroindenyl)zirconium dichloride and a zirconium co-catalyst in a mole ratio of 50:50 to 90:10, and wherein the zirconium co-catalyst is a poor comonomer incorporator as compared to the rac-dimethylsilylbis(tetrahydroindenyl)zirconium dichloride catalyst. Such a polyethylene may have a density of 0.91 g/cmto g/cm, an Ivalue of 0.5 g/10 min to 2 g/10 min, an Ivalue of 25 g/10 min to 75 g/10 min, an I/Iratio of 25 to 75, a molar reversed-co-monomer index (RCI,m) of 30 to 180, a phase angle equal or lower than 70 at complex modulus G* of 10,000 Pa, a Θof 1.5 radians to −1.5 radians, and a low density population of 50% and 70% by weight of the polyethylene.
