Abstract:

Various embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a gesture enhanced game play system that includes a display subsystem, a sensor subsystem, and one or more computing subsystems. The display subsystem is configured to display images related to one or more games to be played on at least a first game playing surface. The images include a virtual game layout having a number of demarcations of at least one area associated with the play of the one or more games. The sensor subsystem is configured to detect at least one physical aspect of at least one game related piece when the game related piece is at least proximate the virtual game layout. The one or more computing subsystems communicatively coupled to the display subsystem to control the images displayed by the display subsystem. Additionally, one or more computing subsystems are communicatively coupled to the sensor subsystem to receive information indicative of the at least one physical aspect of the game related piece sensed by the sensor subsystem. The sensor subsystem is configured to detect multiple touch gestures, wherein gestures include simultaneous touches by multiple fingers, consecutive touches by a single finger, touching and sliding of a finger, touching and sliding of multiple fingers, and combinations thereof.

Abstract:

A transducer head for a muscle testing apparatus has at least two and preferably three pressure test pads situated in three different test planes whereby different directional forces can be applied to the transducer head without the need to adjust its angular orientation. The test pads are mounted on anti-shear arms within the transducer housing so that the forces on the test pads can be transmitted to transducer elements within the housing about a remote shear arm pivot axis. In the preferred embodiment, only two transducer elements are required, one for two opposing test pads, and one for a front test pad in a test plane perpendicular to the test planes for the two opposed test pads. An optional pull device, which projects from the transducer head housing, is attached to one of the anti-shear arms such that the transducer element associated wih that shear arm is responsive to a pulling force on the pull device as well as a pushing force on the associated pressure test pad.

A preassembled solar panel module includes a solar panel configured for receiving and converting solar radiation to produce electrical power. Multiple panel rails are coupled in preassembly to a backside surface of the solar panel, including at least two panel rails disposed halfway or more along opposing longest edges of the solar panel. Multiple snap connector components are each coupled to one of the at least two rails and are each configured to couple with a complementary snap connector component of an adjacent preassembled solar panel module. One or more mounting feet are each coupled at a selected location to one of the at least two panel rails and are each configured for coupling at a selected location to a roof or other sunlight receiving surface.

Abstract:

An integrated preassembled solar panel module includes a solar panel configured for receiving and converting solar radiation to produce electrical power. Multiple mounting feet are coupled to the solar panel at selected locations. One or more sheathing anchors are configured for coupling the mounting feet to roof sheathing at locations not overlapping roof rafters and thereby securing the solar panel to the roof sheathing without accessing an underside of the roof sheathing.
