Abstract:

An exercise device for specific isolation and development of abdominal, pelvic, shoulder, forearm and buttock muscle groups comprises a deformable spring-resistance which is closely retained against the users lower abdominal and upper leg region. When the device is used in a horizontal position the user kneels on the frame and grasps the frame with the hands and performs a pelvic thrusting motion against the resistance means by use of the above-stated muscle groups.

Abstract:

A golf and other swing training and exercising apparatus including a base platform, a vertical support frame, a rotating swing arm connected between a grip and a resistance source which enables a user to execute a simulated golf or other swing by rotating the arm against the resistance. The structural configuration of the apparatus insures that minimum resistance to the correct swing execution is provided when the swing is executed with the proper body muscle groups and in the proper swing plane.

Abstract:

A support unit for attachment to a vehicle receiver hitch comprising (i) a mount shank receivable in an end of the receiver tube of a common receiver hitch; (ii) a device on said mount shank for applying tension or force between said mount shank and said receiver tube; and (iii) means for applying a force to said mount shank and said receiver hitch beyond said end of said receiver tube, whereby movement of said mount shank within said receiver tube is prevented.
