My Matching Experience: For 10 years I worked as a Multimedia Instructional Designer and Technologist. I have develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions. I have the ability to analyze performance data to define effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials I know how to research and evaluate emerging instructional design technologies and methods, to produce effective training that is relevant and up-to-date. I understand how to engage and recommend instructional methods, like individual or group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, and also role-playing, appropriate for the content learners characteristics. I have the technical knowledge to provide advice and support on the use of current instructional technologies, including computer-based training, desktop videoconferencing, multimedia, and also distance learning technologies; allowing me to provide technical support to clients in the implementation of designed instruction or in task analyses instructional systems design.
