Description:

Dean McGlasson is the owner and president of Vesta Inspections, LLC. Dean began his career in the construction industry over 30 years ago as a framing carpenter and remodeling specialist. Since founding Vesta in 2004, Dean has performed hundreds of residential and commercial property inspections throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. During this time, Dean also served as a part-time project manager for an east coast based architectual & engineering company, performing property condition assessments for very large retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, high-rise commercial office buildings and complexes, and warehouse/industrial facilities located throughout the US. The reports generated from these assessments were used in large commercial real estate transactions and included life-cycle repair/replacement cost estimation, zoning compliance, code and building permit validation. Dean has been a long-time active member and volunteer with the Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors (SNAPPI), the only local association for professional property inspectors in Southern Nevada. Dean has helped the organization achieve it's goal of promoting training, education and professional standards for the more than 300 home inspectors located in the Las Vegas area.
