I began my career in Real Estate in 1990. Prior to that I worked with an appraiser. I became an agent because I had never felt satisfied with the level of service I had received. I felt that people deserved better service. So, I became a Realtor. I received my Associate Broker's license in 2006. I have a team which consists of a licensed Assistant, licensed new construction agent, 2 Realtors and myself. We have all the bases covered. I am also a trainer for ERA. I help new agents get their business started and help train companies that are new to ERA. I believe you get out of life, what you put into it. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Plus you have the satisifaction of knowing you did a good job. Life has many challenges but you don't let them defeat you, you work through them and move on. I want to help as many people as I can. We have our own marketing department, staff photographer and staff auditor just as name a few. What that means to my clients is with our photographer and marketing department, clients don't have to wait for some outside company to take photos and get virtual tours up and running. We get tours up and running within 48 hours of listing the property. Many times photos and tours can be done prior to listing the property. We have created our own tours, which means WE maintain them. We have a staff auditor that makes sure all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. I am also a Showcase Realtor with Realtor.com. Again, putting my clients first, this is a step above what most realtors do for their clients. This is another way that helps me to advertise and promote my clients properties.
