Working in real estate over the years, I have had the opportunity to perfect skills in a variety of areas in the real estate arena. When working with buyers, I try to find the best properties to meet their needs and negotiate the best possible price and terms for them. Likewise with sellers, I try to protect their investment and negotiate the highest possible price and best terms in order to help them move forward with their goals. It is important to be realistic with sellers, educating them on what the market will bear and price the property competitively to sell in a timely manner vs. helping the home down the street to sell. I have specialized in the new home market, residential listings and sales, and most recently the short-sale market. When working with first time homebuyers, I take pride in educating them on the market as well as the entire homebuying process. In many cases, they are on a tight budget and I feel that it is very important that they have no surprises where their finances are concerned. Working within buyer and seller’s parameters to make certain that they have happy and satisfying buying and selling experiences is my key focus. Market Education is paramount.
