I'm a real estate agent, someone who believes in preserving our heritage, and a writer; I'm also, best of all, a grandmother. In 1985 I began selling houses. I chose real estate because it allowed me a flexible schedule, something I needed with a five and nine year old. Twenty-seven (27) years later I still value the flexibility and the internet has added tremendously to that ease. I can serve each of my customers more efficiently. My job is providing the customer with the best information available. The final decision is up to the buyer or seller. My goal is to help you make an informed decision. I have spent much of my career working with Historic Preservation & Neighborhood groups to retain our heritage in historic homes and properties. On a personal note, I am 65 years old. I have been married to David Stewart for nearly 40 years. We have two grown children and an eleven month old grandson. I am a graduate of the University of Louisville with a BA in English and I have an MFA in Writing from Vermont College in Montpelier, Vermont. Houses hold enormous appeal for me. There is something sacred about the notion of home and when you combine that need with money you have a powerful, often emotional quest.
