Graduated from Wills Point High School in 1978.I married James Milligan Sr.in 1980.Married 25 yr.s until 10-2004 till he passed away.We had two young men James(Jay)Milligan Jr.-32 & Richard Milligan--30.I own my home in Wills Point but live in Terrell last 31/2 yr.s..I worked with the public for around 31 yr.s but now stay at home and spend time with Larry Skiles and my four best-friend's...Snuggels,Ranger,Rowdy & Angel.(DOG'S).
