I moved to Houston in 1979 from South Louisiana. I have lived in the center of Houston, the north, the west, and the southeast areas of greater Houston. I have sold homes in Houston, Pearland, Katy, Sugarland, Richmond, Tomball, League City, Spring, Friendswood and Spring Branch. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge of Houston and most of the greater Houston area. I have been a Realtor® since 2002 specializing in first time buyers, relocation clients, seasoned buyers, sellers, single professionals, and families. What many buyers do not realize is this: The listing agent (the seller’s real estate agent) and the builder’s salesperson(s) work for the seller and the builder, consequently they will not watch out for your best interests. This being a fact, every buyer needs his/her own agent. (Until the mid 1980’s, there was no such person as a “buyer’s agent” and it was ‘buyer beware’ in real estate transactions. As a result, it behooves each buyer to have an agent representative who will watch their back, so to speak.) Also, the vast majority of builder’s salespersons are not licensed real estate agents and certainly not Realtors®. You are the boss, but I am the expert. Let my expertise work for you!
