About:
My husband Dennis and I along with our daughter Allie, cat,Tiger and dog Tucker are city dwellers. We moved to Minneapolis after growing up in a small rural community in Eastern Wisconsin in 1980 for a job. We decided to buy our first home in '84 and looked for quality and character at a price we could afford. We found an Arts & Crafts bungalow in NOMI that we love and has served us well. Our home was featured on HGTV’s Old Homes Restored program after an extensive expansion area renovation and was used for a Slumberland commercial. We opened our home twice for the Minneapolis St. Paul Hometour to other old house lovers. Our approach then was to find the best quality for the best value. That has also been my approach to serving my clients. In the twelve plus years of service in this industry, I have served as many buyers as sellers and have dealt with just about every difficult and unusual situation that can arise. Working with my clients to help them achieve their goals of either selling a cherished family home or finding the home of their dreams is very satisfying. I enjoy not only showing houses but also presenting them. After spending 18 years as a visual merchandiser and director for several major retail organizations I am able to visually size up a house and it's potential. I offer staging services to all of my sellers. My five years working for a housing Non-profit gave me extensive knowledge of financing programs and resources to aid both buyers and sellers. One recent seller referred to my list of contractors and professionals as better than Angie's list. What you will find working with me is not only my depth of knowledge and experience working in the Twin Cities but also my passion for serving my clients.

Abstract:
Systems and methods associated with indexing of information in documents where the documents include line data with shift out/shift in (“SOSI”) code point encodings. SOSI controls are often embedded in documents encoded as simple line data (data formed to be printed on line printers). A document indexing system in accordance with features and aspects hereof converts the SOSI characters embedded in such a document to reserved codes for presentation on a user interface. The user may then precisely select trigger and field parameters used for identifying index values in such a line data document for purposes of indexing and archiving. The reserved controls help a user identify trigger and field value in a manner that the indexing system can track to determine whether and where the selected trigger and field values contain SOSI characters and thus require different column counting and indexing.

Abstract:
A displayable digital document such as a .PDF document is indexed by displaying it on a viewer. A database field is provided in a relational database. A user selects a field in the digital document for indexing using a pointing device and defines a bounding rectangle for this field. Offsets are recorded and compared to other bounding rectangles. Comparisons are recorded in a parameter file for each document. An indexer is run to insert the offsets and other data into the relational database and also store the digital image in the relational database. A query is made of the database and part or all of the digital document is displayed based on the results of the query.
