Abstract:

Automatic pricing of remotely hosted applications permits users to enter customer data and flexibly prices various product offerings, product lines, and applications. An initial build of a computer system, modifications to an existing computer system configuration, extended services, and enhancements are incorporated. Errors are checked for and can be corrected. Using the invention, a sales team can quickly and efficiently price products and services at the inception of a business relationship, and can easily modify prices during the business relationship.

Abstract:

A method for etching features in an etch layer disposed below a mask on a process wafer is provided. A hydrocarbon based glue layer is deposited. The etch layer on the process wafer is etched with at least one cycle, wherein each cycle comprises depositing a hydrofluorocarbon layer over the mask and on the hydrocarbon based glue layer, wherein the hydrocarbon based glue layer increases adhesion of the hydrofluorocarbon layer and etching the etch layer.

Multiple myeloma and other hematologic tumors and/or malignancies can be treated by administration of a G1 and/or S phase drug, which is preferably -lapachone, or a derivative or analog thereof, combined with a G2/M phase drug such as a taxane derivative, which is advantageously paclitaxel. This combination of the G1 and/or S phase drug with the G2/M phase drug results in an unexpectedly greater than additive (i.e., synergistic) apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells. The invention includes methods of treating multiple myeloma by administering the combination of the G1 and/or S phase drug and the G2/M phase drug, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the combination of drugs used in these methods, as well as pharmaceutical kits.
