Abstract:

A switchable compact fluorescent lamp with an L.E.D. added to the center of the top of the compact fluorescent lamp plastic electronic encasement housing. The L.E.D. can be switched on with the fluorescent on or switched to be on by itself with the fluorescent off. The lamp can also be switched to a battery and or capacitor power backup for the L.E.D. when the power goes off.

Abstract:

The present invention relates to a novel device to manufacture polyurethane foam boards used in structurally insulated panel known as insulated building material press. The press enables the application of pressure across a large area while foaming and curing polyurethane under pressure, curing glue or otherwise bonding materials into a finished product. The press uses a simple principle to distribute pressure evenly across the platens avoiding the need for heavy and expensive parts used in the construction of building material presses of the prior art.

Abstract:

An insulated wall panel comprising of two outer layers, an insulating foam core, and a spacer within the foam core which holds the panel spacing and retains the foam during foam introduction and expansion in the cavity and remains as part of the panel. The panel has no thermal bridging between the outer layers and is manufactured with reduced need of rigid mold forms. The final effect after pouring becomes a monolithic foam core of substantially consistent material and provides a superior product to using dissimilar retained spacing materials.
