Abstract:

The present invention is a system and method for automated testing, treatment, and maintenance of fluid such as water disposed in swimming pools, spas, and other bodies of water, wherein the water testing system includes precise control over the amount of reagent used in testing, and the frequency of testing of any measurable aspect of the test water, wherein the system is optimized for minimal power consumption and reduced complexity of a system for optimized testing and flushing of test water mixed with reagents from a testing reservoir using a fluid flow path system, and the use of fewer moving parts in the fluid flow path to reduce failure and increase the usable life of the water testing system.

Abstract:

An agitator may include one or more members adjustable between an expanded configuration and a compressed configuration. When the one or more members are in the expanded configuration, the agitator in a first set of two orthogonal dimensions is larger than an opening having a predetermined size. When the one or more members are in the compressed configuration, the agitator in a second set of two orthogonal dimensions is smaller than the opening having the predetermined size. The one or more members are biased to the expanded configuration in absence of external force applied to the one or more members. In use, the agitator may be inserted into a container through a neck of the container in the compressed configuration. The agitator may expand within the container so that the container does not fit through the neck of the container.

Abstract:

The present disclosure is drawn to a sliding panel latch system and related methods. The sliding panel latch system can comprise a striker, a sliding panel movable relative to the striker, and a latch rotatably coupled to the panel. The latch can have a striker interface to engage the striker. The striker interface can at least partially define a striker opening to receive the striker. The latch can be rotatable to a latch position to secure the striker in the striker opening and to a receive/release position to receive the striker in the striker opening or release the striker from the striker opening.
