Corrections and sheriff's officers were looking for an unrelated suspect Tuesday night when they searched Jonathan McIntosh in Cabot and discovered he was in possession of a white powder, Arkansas Department of Community Correction Deputy Director Dina Tyler.

Arkansas prisons spokeswoman Dina Tyler said theres no reason to revert to electrocution because lethal injection remains the states method of execution. She said the state couldnt put anyone to death right now anyway because of the courts decision and a shortage of a lethal injection drug.
Department of Correction spokeswoman Dina Tyler said the men were transferred from Arkansas prisons, along with their possessions, on Thursday, ahead of Friday's hearing in Jonesboro. They're being held in a county jail there until their court appearance.
