Skills:
Knowledge of electro-mechanical, analog and digital circuitry theory and components. Skilled in soldering and assembling of electronic components and PCB boards. Proficient in the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators and other test instruments. Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend wiring diagrams, assembly prints, electronic schematics, drawings, and parts list. Willing to work overtime as requested to meet production requirements. Analytical and logical ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to technical problems. Ability to test digital computers and/or microprocessor systems. Extensive experience in radioactive, magnetic, acoustic and resistive oil well logging tools. Maintenance and troubleshoot to a component level using schematics. Experienced in Instrumentation Equipment (electronic and pneumatic pressure, level, flow, temperature and vibration transmitters and recorders, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.). Experienced in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Knowledgeable in Robotics (personal hobby). Extensive experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Publisher, Visio). Computer Languages: Visual Basic, PIC Assembler. Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows. Databases: Sybase SQL, MS-Access
