An insert device and co-culture device assembly incorporating the insert device, which includes an insert chamber with two fluid impermeable side walls that extend from a microporous bottom to an open top to form an inner cavity. The first side wall is shaped to form a convex arc that follows between about half of a circumference of the well and less than an entire circumference of the well. The second side wall joins ends of the first side wall and protrudes inward towards a center of the convex arc. A flange extends outward from or beneath the top and is notched to form a gap adjacent to the second side wall, which forms an access port allowing access to the lower chamber with a micropipette tip when the insert device is inserted into a well of a single or multi-well plate.

Abstract:
There is provided an elastomeric switching device for use with electrical circuits, such as those on a printed circuit board. The elastomeric switching device comprises an elastomeric pad constructed from a plurality of parallel strips of conductive material between layers of non-conductive or insulating material together with a moveable conductive contact which is aligned with the elastomeric pad. The elastomeric pad is predisposed in contact with the circuits on the printed circuit board. The moveable conductive contact establishes electrical connections between the affected circuits via the conductive strips of the elastomeric pad. The proper alignment and orientation of the elastomeric pad and moveable conductive contact relative to the circuits is maintained by the structural and mechanical features of a housing.
A partition formed of two spaced panels forming outer wall surfaces. The partitions are spaced by a paper honeycomb structure, passages in the honeycomb being substantially perpendicular to the panels. There are elongated H-shaped members fitted on each of two opposite ends of the panels, the H-bar of the members being adjacent the panel end edges. There is a partition stabilizing bar extending centrally between the panels and extending through a space between two sections of the honeycomb. The stabilizing bar is threaded at both ends and secured to and through the H-bars of the H-shaped members so as to prevent bowing or collapse of the partition in the direction of the bar. The method includes the steps of putting the partition together, particularly the steps of inserting the stabilizing bar between the honeycomb sections after they have been secured between the panels and of securing the stabilizing bar to the H-shaped members.
Grating Opening In A Working Table For Vertical Storage
A working table or desk having a grating for vertical storage of material in elongated form, such as rolled blueprints. The table has a vertically directed opening with grating forming rods extending thereacross to form spaces for inserting rolled documents for storage. A container is positioned below the opening on the floor to receive the lower ends of the material. The opening has vertical surfaces having spaced horizontally directed holes therein. Each hole on each surface is in alignment with an opposite hole in an opposite surface to receive the rods forming the grating. One of each pair of oppositely aligned holes is deeper than the other to receive a coil spring. Each rod is inserted into a deeper hole to be in abutment with the spring, the spring being compressed to permit the entry of the rod across the opening and when so compressed the other end of the rod is within the opening and in position to be forced into the opposite hole by the bias of the spring. The spring thus holds each rod in place. In order to provide an arrangement of crossing rods to form the grating, holes in faces adjacent to faces having a first group of holes are bored at a higher level so that the rods may fit above the first rods and cross the latter.

Abstract:
A flow control and safety valve for oil wells where control of flow in the casing annulus is accomplished with a wire-line retrievable device. A basic valve structure provides for control of flow in the casing annulus by means of a control line to the surface. A number of additional functions can be added to the basic valve structure to accomplish control of flow through the tubing string and can accommodate control of dual and triple zone recovery. These additional functions are accomplished by landing additional wire-line retrievable valves within the basic structure whereby independent control of the annulus and tubing string flows is possible, at the same time affording increased flow diameters for a greater volume of production in a given casing size.
A locking system for retaining a pair of modular wall partitions in locked relationship. The locking system includes a threaded insert means in the first partition end aligned with a bolt extending through the end of the second partition. As the bolt is threaded into the insert the respective ends of the partitions are drawn together to lock the same in a rigid connection one to the other.
A strap is secured across the passenger compartment of an automobile at a position behind the front seat backs and close to the top of the front seat backs. The strap is secured around the doorposts of a 4-door car to prevent the seat backs from collapsing backward due to impact on the car from the rear.

Investigators say Dianne Jenner, 44, lost control of the vehicle. She was treated for minor injuries and arrested at Frisbee Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Her passenger, Donald Thomas, 58 of East Wakefield, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
the players Grigson selected in the 2013 draft are currently on the roster. His 2013 free-agency class, which was highlighted by the likes of linebacker Erik Walden, offensive linemen Gosder Cherilus and Donald Thomas, cornerback Greg Toler, and safety LaRon Landry, was a failure for the most part.

How Colts GM Ryan Grigson wasted away all his Luck
He gave young rotation players on other teams such as Ricky Jean-Francois, Erik Walden and Greg Toler contracts like they were starters. He rightfully wanted to protect Luck, but his moves for Donald Thomas and Gosder Cherilus went after injury-prone linemen who continued to get hurt. Many of these

Colts taking long view after another embarrassing exit
INJURY QUESTIONS: Vick Ballard, Gosder Cherilus, Robert Mathis and Donald Thomas all wound up on injured reserve. The biggest question is what can the Colts expect in 2015? Ballard, a running back, has missed 31 straight regular-season games. Thomas, an offensive guard, has missed 30 in a row. Mathi
