I became steeped in homes and homeownership at a very early age and have spent 22 years in helping others become homeowners. i've been a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and widow over my lifetime. From those experiences, I realized one day that all phases of life in way or another can involve real estate -- birth, death/ marriage/divorce/ children/college/ new job/parent custodian etc. etc. People are my primary focus and I've always believed that if I take care of people, the money will take care of itself. However, if money should become my focus, I doubt that people would be able to take care of themselves while processing a transaction. I love "putting pieces together!" A real estate transaction feels similar to planning a wedding. There are myriad details to plan and resolve at the early stages and the need for someone to remain at the helm. Eventually, if all has been closely monitored, there is an event called a "settlement" when all parties meet joyously to step out of and then into a property to begin new life journeys.
