Since being diagnosed with HIV 18 years ago, Duane Cramer has become a tireless advocate for HIV awareness and education, using his photography and creative skills to bring attention to the disease. He is well known for his photography-based HIV awareness visuals, and particularly for his efforts in
prominent place at gay pride this year. "Project Runway All Stars" season one winner Mondo Guerra and Houston native and photographer Duane Cramer were working to raise HIV awareness through the I Design campaign, which encourages people to have open dialogues with their doctors and others about HIV.
ondo Guerra, who revealed his HIV status on the shows Season 8, for the national I Design campaign. This year it has engaged San Francisco-based photographer Duane Cramer, who splits his time in Manhattan, to join Guerra as a paid spokesman for the campaign specifically to promote usage of the apps.
