I'm primarily a buyers agent specializing in undervalued real estate that has equity or that will in produce equity with a minimum of repairs. I've been involved in real estate over 30 years. I I've worked and helped many real estate investors to become multimillionaire. My background is one of management consulting. Areas of operations research and economic development. I work for major international consulting firms, for local engineering firms and for economic development firms, under grants from the US Department of Commerce in urban development and the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago. I worked as a superintendent in the building trades of all trades for the Chicago Park District the Chicago Housing Authority. I managed the rehab of many projects, using labor subsidized under the welfare to work program where the state pays for 20 hours per month for each participant, in order that they maintain their benefits which include food stamps and a cash allowance.
