Not much to brag about--very little help in my life, however, i did finish my ba at st leo univ. my last 4 credits at u of wisc. to include a comprehensive course in business with an A. of late? i wrote the gov of wisc a 11 page letter, concerning a highway bypass around antigo wisc. he deemed it neccessary to hand it over to one of the project engineers, that was like giving the spider help to build her web. the problem? partially langlocking the west 1st avenue homes by putting the bypass through with out creating a through street on 1st ave. by putting stop signs as they did on other crossroads--causing familys on w 1st to travel about 2 miles one way to get to town. the p.e. stated safty reasons for this procedures--however, 0ur esteemed state senator seemed a business s a a gas station might move in. if anyone feels a need for a copy og the letter == just ask the old boy... my part of the letter was published in our local paper this concludes my rights such as they might bee
