I've been a Realtor for 18 years in San Diego County and love it. San Diego is the only place to live for family enjoyment year round. There is no crystal ball to help us educate you accept to watch the market and try to adjust prices accordingly to find the right buyers for your properties. In this trying time, we have to stick together to build up our property values, drive the short sales down and guard against investors lowering our property values by buying and renting to people that do not take care of our neighborhoods.

It is important to give back and my way of giving back is to be there when our seniors need a hand, especially since I am one of them now. I also run a non profit called Garden of Innocence, which provides burials for abandoned children. My goal is to have a garden in every state within 15 years.
