I have seen many changes in real estate in thepast 27 years that I have dedicated my career to helping homeowners, buyers & builders. I can honestly say that I still LOVE MY JOB, eventhroughoutdifficult times we have all experienced! I spent the majorityof my career partnering with builders & thought I would never have to jump into the Short Sale arena. I must say, that I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge & the ability to learn almost daily! It has been incredibly rewarding to help homeowners through this process & assist in making a strategic plan for their future! Now that short sales and foreclosures have stabilized, the traditional real estate market has seen growth. There are not enough homes on the market right now for the new first time buyers or move up buyers. If you have been planning to sell your home- please call- we need you! Interest have seen a slight increase, but are still crazy low! More importantly, if you are thinking of waiting until spring- take exterior photos of your beautiful yard! We never know in MN if the snow will still be on the ground in May and winter pictures are never very attractive! I grew up in Bemidji, MN on Lake Andrusia, which is part of the Cass Lake Chain of lakes. I am also the co-owner ofMN Permitto Carry Trainingin Zimmerman, MN with mysignificant other of 25years. I have 2 grown daughters & 4 grandchildren who are the highlight of my life! I love to fish, hunt & and just be outside! I amvery passionate about dogs, cats and horses.
