I have been a Broker/REALTOR in the Onslow/Carteret County areas for over 25 years. The market has changed many times and I have seen it all and done it all over that quarter decade. As a residential sales agent, I have sold and closed VA, FHA, USDA and Conventional loans, plus many new constructions, bank owned/REO properties and short sales.
