I have been a Broker/REALTOR in the Onslow/Carteret County areas for over 25 years. The market has changed many times and I have seen it all and done it all over that quarter decade. As a residential sales agent, I have sold and closed VA, FHA, USDA and Conventional loans, plus many new constructions, bank owned/REO properties and short sales. My skills are diverse, I am extremely organized and I do my best to keep up with education, computer programs and the changes that occur on a daily basis. I have the SFR(Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Certification. I am a member of the Jacksonville (Onslow County) Board of REALTORS and the Carteret County Association of REALTORS, plus the Onslow County Homebuilders Association. RE/MAX International has awarded me with the Career Hall of Fame award along with yearly awards for multi-million dollar production. At the local level of the Board of REALTORS I have been Secretary, Director, Vice-President and President. When you list your property with me, you will receive honesty, integrity and communication on a regular basis. Thank you!
