Abstract:

A pocket file folio with inside pocket or pockets attached to the leaves only at hinges perpendicular to the main folio hinge is improved by adding means allowing pockets to open partially, while preventing them from falling open completely, when the folio is opened, and for restraining the folio itself from opening completely, thereby providing enhanced access and security to any pocketed sheet material and also enabling the entire folio to stand stably in an upright orientation.

Abstract:

A suction device has a flexible cup member whose lower surface defines a flat central zone surrounded by an annular zone sloping inwardly and upwardly at an angle of 2. degree. to 10. degree. with the central zone. An article holder, such as a beverage can receptacle, has a rigid circular base centrally secured to the upper surface of the cup member, opposite the central zone thereof. Any tilting or lifting of the article holder attendantly tilts or pulls the central zone of the cup member upwardly, thereby establishing a retentive suction in a self-setting manner.

Abstract:

A method of color imaging involves the steps of (a) forming an image while introducing a predetermined chromatic difference in lateral magnification, (b) storing the image on a medium such as color film, and (c) forming from the stored image, another image, while introducing a chromatic difference in lateral magnification that is opposite to the predetermined difference in lateral magnification introduced in step (a). The system of the invention has, in a basic embodiment, a first lens system for forming an image while introducing a predetermined chromatic difference in lateral magnification, a medium such as color film to store the image, and a second lens system to form, from the stored image, a second image while introducing a chromatic difference in lateral magnification that is opposite to the predetermined chromatic difference in lateral magnification introduced by the first lens system. The invention also relates to the stored images formed as described above.
