Her father is a home builder so she decided to go under his wing to gain knowledge. Erica now runs and owns Ridgeway Construction, Inc. with her mother. Yes, it is a woman owned and woman run business. Erica originally decided to become a Real Estate Salesperson to list the properties that Ridgeway Construction owns and builds, but loved it and decided to work with all clientele.
