I live in the Northern Twin Cities area with my wife and our 3 children. We enjoy spending time with friends, camping, and watching movies. I've been in the industry for over 9 years. The first 8 of those, I worked with primarily with home buyers from partner companies as well as clients of a group of financial advisors I had developed a relationship with. Due to the nature of my work during that time, I was able to come across countless loan scenarios and worked with many different types of people.

Abstract:
An improved slip resistant component comprising a new type of nib, called a cleat, for providing superior resistance to unwanted floor covering movement. The preferred cleat has a triangular profile and projects from the bottom surface of the mat at an angle. The cleat also is aligned in a particular direction to best resist the forces commonly encountered in a floor mat. There may be an array of cleats aligned in several directions in order to resist forces from virtually any direction. Other features of the present invention include contour lines to insure the floor covering conforms to the contour of the floor board (for automotive applications), an ergonomic heel pad for providing comfort to the heel, foot and leg of the driver, and a new cellular topography for catching and retaining dirt, debris and water.
An improved floor mat having a cellular topography. Individual cells define a containment portion to contain liquid and debris. Part of the wall of the containment portion serves as a common wall for adjacent containment portions. The common wall between adjacent containment cells defines one or more openings so that the adjacent cells are in fluid communication with each other to distribute liquid as evenly as possible on the floor mat surface. The openings preferably are troughs that include intermediate ribs. The bottom of the trough is located at a higher elevation than the bottom of the containment portion. This allows the containment portion to hold a certain amount of liquid before spilling into another containment portion. The ribs extend upward and serve as cleaners for soles of shoes, and also help keep clothing from contacted the liquid and debris.

A container and a securement strap are disclosed. The securement strap includes a crank. The container has a housing and a lid. The housing has a hollow interior adapted to receive the securement strap. The hollow interior is surrounded by a bottom wall and sidewalls to contain the securement strap, and has an open top to receive the securement strap into the hollow interior. At least one of the sidewalls has a hole therethrough. The lid is attached to the housing at the open top by a hinge. The lid being pivotable relative to the housing about the hinge between a closed position wherein access to the hollow interior is denied and an opened position in which access to the hollow interior is enabled. The lid is latchable to the housing to deny pivoting relative thereto and thereby deny receipt and removal of the securement strap. The hole is shaped and disposed to allow the crank to pass there-through to the exterior of the housing when the securement strap is received into the hollow interior, such that the crank may be used as a handle for carrying the combination.
A method, system, and framework provide the ability to distribute media content. Title information for a media asset is acquired into a computer database. Distribution requirements (e.g., file requirements for files required to distribute the media asset) for retailers and territories are maintained in the database. Desired retailers are selected. Based on the title information and the desired retailers, territories with distribution requirements that match the title information are automatically selected. File requirements for the selected desired retailers and selected territories are displayed. An order is created (the order is based on the title information, the selected desired retailers, the selected territories, and the file requirements). Files identified by the file requirements are received. Based on the order, the received files are automatically submitted (for distribution of the media asset) to the selected retailers.

Abstract:
A floor mat for a vehicle includes an adapter plate for engaging the vehicle's mat retaining system, a mat portion, and a fastener for securing the mat portion to the adapter plate. The configuration of the adapter plate allows the mat portion to be transversely, longitudinally, and rotationally aligned and secured to the vehicle's floor despite variations in the arrangements of different vehicles' mat retaining systems. The mat portion may include a plurality of peripheral guidelines to assist the end-user to trim the mat to fit any intended one of a plurality of automobile models.
