I live in the Northern Twin Cities area with my wife and our 3 children. We enjoy spending time with friends, camping, and watching movies. I've been in the industry for over 9 years. The first 8 of those, I worked with primarily with home buyers from partner companies as well as clients of a group of financial advisors I had developed a relationship with. Due to the nature of my work during that time, I was able to come across countless loan scenarios and worked with many different types of people.

Abstract:
A binding assembly for attaching a boot to a snowboard, designed in a manner to avoid cavities that can accumulate ice and snow and defeat its operation. The system includes first and second boot mounted bales in the form of rigid loops that extend from each side of the boot soles, and a pair of bindings attached to the snowboard. Each binding has a base including elongated, slotted holes located on the circumference of a circle through which bolts are placed to secure the base to the snowboard with a friction washer therebetween. The elongated holes allow for rotational adjustment of the binding. A hook-shaped structure extends from one side of the base with the hook facing outward. On the opposite side of the base is a camming structure with a downward and outwardly sloping surface ending in a bale-receiving notch. A spring loaded latch is pivotally mounted outboard and above the notch and includes a lever with a generally outwardly protruding handle on one side of the lever pivot axis, and a bale latching portion on the other side of the pivot. By placing the first bale over the hook and then thrusting the second bale downward against the latching portion and into engagement with the camming structure, the first bale is drawn into engagement with the hook as the second bale is guided by the sloping surface into the notch where it is retained by the latch.

Method Of Fabricating Reflection-Mode Euv Diffusers
Techniques for fabricating well-controlled, random relief, engineered surfaces that serve as substrates for EUV optical devices are accomplished with grayscale exposure. The method of fabricating a multilevel EUV optical element includes: (a) providing a substrate; (b) depositing a layer of curable material on a surface of the substrate; (c) creating a relief profile in a layer of cured material from the layer of curable material wherein the relief profile comprises multiple levels of cured material that has a defined contour; and (d) depositing a multilayer reflection film over the relief profile wherein the film has an outer contour that substantially matches that of the relief profile. The curable material can comprise photoresist or a low dielectric constant material.

Abstract:
Methods and devices for processing GPS signals are provided. The device includes: a memory for storing one or more lookup tables, each lookup table including a plurality of entries, each entry including an input segment and an output segment, wherein the output segment is a system response to the corresponding input segment. The device further includes a processor configured to receive an input data sequence including one or more input segments, and for each of the input segments, retrieve from one of the lookup tables the output segments corresponding to the input segment. The processor is further configured to perform a time-shifted sum of one or more output segments to produce an output sequence that is a downsampled representation of the input data sequence.

Abstract:
Imaging, testing and/or analysis of subjects is facilitated with a micro-mirror-based access approach. According to an example embodiment, a micro-mirror is implemented to direct light to a live being such as a biological specimen or a living being. Light from the live being is detected and implemented for use in analyzing the live being. In certain applications, the micro-mirror is fastened to a live being, such as to a skull of a live mouse, while the live being is allowed to move in an unanesthetized state. Behavior of the live being and detected response from the live being are concurrently used to analyze the live being.
