Abstract:

An inlet to a disc drives filter chamber is tapered to converge along most or all of its length so as to reduce drag and increase inflow volume and velocity. This accelerates the removal of particles from the disc drives sealed chamber, reducing the likelihood of particle-induced data transfer errors or media damage.

Abstract:

An actuator arm for a disc drive data storage device has an upper outer surface in a first plane, a lower outer surface in a second plane substantially parallel to the first plane, a peripheral outer surface substantially perpendicular to the first and second planes, and a voice coil embedded within the outer surfaces of the actuator arm. The actuator arm is used in a disc drive containing one or more data storage discs and preferably has a pre-amplifier embedded within the outer surfaces of the actuator arm as well as conductors preferably between the read/write head and the pre-amplifier within the outer surfaces of the actuator arm.

Abstract:

An actuator assembly includes a rotatable actuator arm mounted on the base of a disc drive. The actuator arm includes a metallic member seated on a non-metallic body. A proximal end of a load beam is mounted on the actuator arm and a distal end of the load beam supports a head. The actuator assembly also includes a connection between the metallic member and the load beam that secures the load beam to the actuator arm.

The present invention provides a pyrolysis system and method thereof which are capable of converting an entire rubber tire into several energy resources in an environmentally-friendly manner. Abstract:

An energy contained waste to energy process and system includes a waste treatment unit having a treatment chamber and including a pressurizing presser movably supported in the treatment chamber for pressing the energy contained waste in the treatment chamber until the air within the energy contained waste is squeezed out. A waste to energy conversion unit includes a conversion housing having a reaction chamber for receiving the energy contained waste from the treatment chamber, and a pyrolysis processor for pyrolysis processing the energy contained waste in the reaction chamber to decompose the energy contained waste into a fuel gas and powdered residue. An energy collection unit is communicated with the waste to energy conversion unit to collect the fuel gas and the powdered residue as an energy source for recycling use.
