Hello! Since you are probably considering a real estate agent to either purchases or sell a home, I would like to introduce myself and my philosophy. My career in real estate began in 1975. In 1996, I became a full time agent and a licensed apprentice appraiser. My broker’s license followed a few years later. My work has taken me to all four corners of Union and Middlesex County and many others parts of New Jersey. Buying or selling a property is a team effort involving your attorney, the mortgage company, appraisers and inspectors.
