• (2011-2012): Construction of 4.0 Cellars Winery in Fredericksburg, TX. This project has been advertized in several well known publications; The Austin Tribune, San Antonio News, as well as Texas Wineries. Project final cost is 4% less of the original budget cost.
• MBI (i.e.: Modular Building Institute) Award Winners (2004-2006): Award’s given to Modular Management Group from Modular Building Institute (MBI) for design and construction far superior to others during; Longhorn Village, VCA Animal Hospital, and VCA Animal Hospital, San Antonio, TX. • The AGC Sharpest Pencil Award of 1998: This award was given to the estimating team at Medco Construction, where I acted as the Senior Estimator during this particular process. The project that was estimated was Laterno University in Shreveport, LA. Estimate amount was approximately $12 million dollars. Medco was the low bid.
