Abstract:

A method and system for taking data in any format, either in a database such as Oracle, SQL, or another common database, and dynamically combining it with geographic information, i.e., a map or aerial or satellite photograph or other image, allows the user to display that data on a map, to analyze that data geographically or spatially or merely to provide information from certain locations. The result can be presented to the user as a single image that can, if desired, be interactive, allowing the user to access additional information not displayed or not capable of displaying on the map.

Abstract:

A video conversion system receives a luminance image and a chrominance image of a video image. The video conversion system vertically scales the luminance image and the chrominance image. The video conversion system then horizontally scales the video image based on the vertically scaled luminance image and the vertically scaled chrominance image to generate a scaled video image.

Abstract:

A method includes receiving, via a computing device, a screenshot of a display provided by a graphical user interface of the computing device. The method also includes generating, by an image-structure transformer of a neural network, a representation by fusing a first embedding based on the screenshot and a second embedding based on a layout of virtual objects in the screenshot. The method additionally includes predicting, by the neural network and based on the generated representation, a modeling task output associated with the graphical user interface. Abstract:

A method to simultaneously create multiple SNV, INDEL or fusion sequences harbored in a single cell line is provided. The method uses the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system to generate large sequence knock-in cell lines in an AAVS1 locus, or other safe harbor sites. Also provided is a method that allows specifically engineered quantitative marker sequences to accurately reflect copy numbers of inserted SNV, INDEL and fusion sequences. These methods allow accurate measurement of ratio or allele frequencies of genetic variants in a cell.
